We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Italian-speaking clients. Your main objective will be to assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat Provide accurate and efficient support,
