Trieste About the Role We're looking for fluent Italian speakers with a passion for customer service and digital communication to join our Social Media Customer Care team in September & October in Lisbon. You'll be the voice of the brand across social media and digital channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction. Respond to customer queries through social media and digital platforms.

Communicate with empathy while maintaining a professional, customer-first approach.

Fluent

Italian, both written and spoken.

Intermediate

English (B1/B2). Typing speed of 20+ words per minute. A genuine customer-focused mindset. Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms. Contract & 12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal. ~ Full-time: 40 hours per week. ~8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule. ~ Flight ticket reimbursement according to company policy. ~ Free Portuguese language classes.
