Field Production Technician

is looking for a Field Production Technician based in Piacenza and Forlì. This is a full-time, fixed-term position.
What you can expect in this role: Coordinate and supervise field activities and seasonal workers throughout the crop growth cycle Take regional responsibility for a dedicated production area Support all activities related to vegetable and fodder beet seed production Ensure production stability while maintaining a high level of marketable quality (germination and purity) Apply continuous improvement techniques Implement best production practices and new technologies Residence in the Piacenza area or willingness to relocate Strong agricultural knowledge, preferably with experience in seed production Fluent Italian and intermediate English skills High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel within production areas Effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, results orientation,
and a continuous improvement mindset Employment under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio), with a salary range of €25,000 to €40,000 per year.
