You will be responsible for hands‐on desktop support, OS configuration, and hardware troubleshooting across enterprise endpoints. The role requires strong ITSM knowledge and experience with SCCM/ Ivanti / Intune for software deployments, plus excellent English communication. You will work with remote tools and coordinate with facilities for non‐network devices.
