Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze business requirements.
- Support users in formalizing requirements, addressing solutions, and designing processes from a digital transformation point of view.
- Manage and lead specific tasks or streams within a project, identifying phases, monitoring progress, and providing day‐to‐day training and production support.
- Support users in project activities and testing of new functionalities and enhancements.
- Interact with other DT areas to deliver a range of solutions.
- Interact with third‐party suppliers, validate proposed solutions, and monitor activity planning, associated costs, and due dates.
- Willing to travel, domestically and internationally, in accordance with project needs.
Qualifications
- Proven application experience or knowledge of main aftersales processes, preferably in the home‐appliance industry.
- Basic knowledge of end‐to‐end supply‐chain processes in sales and reverse logistics.
- Knowledge of pricing models in B2B/B2C channels.
- Degree in Management Engineering or Information Technology.
- Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in a similar position within multinational or consulting firms, preferably in sectors with high industrial complexity and advanced IT environments.

- Basic knowledge of SAP modules (SD, MM) and integration with FI‐CO.
- Strong project‐management skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Employment Information

- Minimum gross annual salary: €50,000.
- Variable incentive scheme based on predefined performance objectives (KPIs).
