P&P; Promotion, a long-established company based in Costigliole d'Asti and continuously expanding in the field of hot glass decoration, is looking for a general production worker to handle end-of-line operations, palletizing, and order closing.
The main responsibilities include the manual loading and unloading of a glass annealing furnace (in a warm environment), followed by palletizing activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling bottles and pallets using a pallet truck or forklift, monitoring established parameters, closing pallets, and recording production data and required information within the job order. Additional tasks may include line loading or manual and semi-automatic cleaning of bottles.
Essential requirements for this role include good numerical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages), a valid driving license (Category B), basic proficiency in using tablets and computers, excellent understanding of the Italian language, and good eyesight for quality control of decorations.
The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, and detail-oriented,
able to carry out assigned tasks responsibly and manage their workspace efficiently. After an initial training period, during which attention, observation skills, willingness to learn, and compliance with company procedures are expected, the candidate will be required to manage end-of-line operations independently.
Preferred qualifications include previous experience in a production environment (especially pallet handling and line loading/unloading), a forklift license, and immediate availability.
Working hours consist of full-time 8-hour rotating shifts (6-14 / 14-22 / 22-6 / 9-17 / 11-19 / 17-1 / 8-16:30). Two Saturdays per month are included in the schedule, and overtime availability is required.
The position offers an initial trial period through a temporary employment contract. Upon successful performance, the contract will be converted into a permanent position as a general production worker.
