About Prima We're looking for a Data Scientist to join our AI team focused on bringing ML & GenAI into the heart of our operations (e.g. claims, underwriting, customer support). In this role, you'll have the opportunity to redefine the core operative processes, leveraging ML & GenAI techniques to enhance not only efficiency but, most importantly, the overall effectiveness and quality of outcomes.
You'll collaborate with data scientists, engineers,
and business leaders to design and deliver AI-driven products that create tangible business value and redefine the future of ops at Prima. Responsibilities
- Join an AI team focused on applying ML and Generative AI to core operations (e.g., claims, underwriting, customer support).
- Redefine core operative processes using ML and GenAI techniques to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of outcomes.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to design and deliver AI-driven products that create tangible business value.
Qualifications
- Experience with data science and machine learning in production environments.
- Strong understanding of ML/GenAI concepts and their application to business processes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
