We are looking for a person with a passion for organizational transformation and innovative approaches in culture shaping! How You Will Support The Team

- Contribute to various initiatives to a new DAB dynamic culture, including Internal Communities, Agile Days, Learning Week, Continuous Learning programs, and implementation of a new Leadership Model.
- Support the creation of frameworks for Strategy, Lean, and Agile methodologies.
- Analyze current company ecosystems, including startups, universities, and remote teams.
- Develop training materials to support learning and development initiatives.
- Learn, support, and facilitate agile events and company projects.

Who You Are
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Humanities,



or a related field;
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Basic understanding of agile methodologies and Lean or willingness to learn.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast‐paced work environment.
- Genuine interest in organizational transformation and driving positive change.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
