For our Flagship store in Milan Montenapoleone, we are looking for an experienced MTO/Master Tailor based in the Milan boutique, who will also operate in an itinerant capacity across the retail network. Job Description Provide customers with a high quality service by satisfying their needs and expectations when requesting garment customization and spreading the philosophy and culture of the Brand. Key Responsibilities -Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage -Provide an excellent service in garment customization proposals, respecting and satisfying customer requests -Serve customers accord
