This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and an interest in service performance and financial control.Key Responsibilities* Monitor service KPIs (e.g., repair times, first-time fix rate, service costs)* Analyze service performance and identify areas for improvement* Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities for the Service department* Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders* Collaborate with field service teams, call centers, and external service partners* Ensure data accuracy in service management systems* Assist in optimizing service processes and workflows* Support procurement and spare parts cost analysisWhat you need to succeedMust have*Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field*Professional experience:* 3+ years of experience in controlling, service operations, or similar roles*Language:* Excellent communication skills both in Italian and
