Our client is a leading specialist data centre main contractor delivering full turnkey solutions on new build data centre projects across Europe. Their expertise spans civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning works.
With group turnover exceeding 1.5bn and a strong order book secured for the next three years, they continue to expand across major mission-critical developments.
As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced CSA QA/QC Manager to join the project leadership team on a flagship data centre development in Milan, Italy. The CSA QA/QC Manager will take full responsibility for the quality assurance and quality control of all civil, structural,
and architectural works on site — ensuring installations meet project specifications, regulatory standards, and client expectations, while driving a zero-defects culture.Key Responsibilities
•
Lead and manage the CSA quality function across the project, implementing and maintaining the project Quality Management System (QMS).
•
Develop, review, and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality documentation.
•
Oversee inspections of all CSA works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.

Work closely with construction, engineering, and subcontractor teams to ensure quality requirements are understood and consistently achieved.

Manage and coordinate the QA/QC team, ensuring effective site coverage and reporting.
