French Consulting is seeking a New Parent Support Program (NPSP) Home Visitor to support the U.S. Army’s Family Advocacy Program (FAP) in Vicenza. In this role, you will work directly with expectant parents and families with children from prenatal through age three, providing prevention-focused, strengths-based services that promote safe, healthy, and nurturing family environments.

hands-on work with military families navigating the unique challenges of military life—including deployment, separation, reunification, and relocation.
What You’ll DoFamily Assessment & Home Visiting
- Conduct home visits with expectant parents and families with children prenatal through three years of age
- Assess family strengths, psychosocial functioning, and risk for child maltreatment or family violence
- Develop individualized service plans in partnership with families based on assessment findings
- Screen referrals to determine family risk levels and prioritize services accordingly
Support & Prevention Services
- Provide parenting education, pregnancy support, and practical skill-building to enhance safe and nurturing caregiving
- Deliver secondary and tertiary prevention services to at‑risk and high-risk families
