What you'll do
- Provide onsite IT support for end-user devices, including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, meeting room equipment, and VDI solutions.
- Handle incidents, service requests, IMACD activities, and on-call support in line with agreed service levels.
- Support and maintain local network and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Manage IT assets, lifecycle activities, procurement, and documentation in the ITSM tool.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT services, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and end users to deliver reliable IT services.
- Promote IT standards, cybersecurity best practices, and continuous improvement while maintaining a safe working environment.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
- Experience with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, and IT asset management.
- Good knowledge of desktop, laptop, mobile, VDI, networking, and peripheral technologies.
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WLAN; Linux and Windows Server experience is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
