What we are looking for
We are looking for a General Accounting Specialist to join our Finance Division at our Corporate Headquarters in Milan. In this role, you will support the management of General Accounting activities for the Group Holding, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting and tax requirements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, foreign affiliates,
the Shared Service Center and external partners, contributing to month-end closing, intercompany processes, reconciliations and audit activities. You will also play an active role in Finance Transformation initiatives, supporting process improvements, automation and the implementation of new solutions across the Group.
Key Responsabilities
- Manage ICO process within the Group, determining amounts to be recharged, ensuring proper booking through Intercompany Orchestrator and ensuring respect of the due dates with particular reference to the "One Procurement" process (i.e. Centralized management of direct procurement through a triangulation model)
- Month-end activities including reconciliations, account variation analysis (analysis of any purchase and invoice price variance) accruals, currency revaluation and journal entries while maintaining a continual accounting mindset to ensure timely processing of financial transactio
