We are looking for an intern to join the HR Payroll team at Excelsior Hotel Gallia, with the aim of supporting administrative activities and attendance management, while gaining a comprehensive understanding of HR processes related to personnel administration.
Main responsibilities
- Administrative management of temporary staff, from collecting and verifying the necessary onboarding documentation.
- Entry and update of temporary staff personal data in the ADP system.
- Preparation and processing of mandatory communications to the relevant authorities.
- Support in managing attendance for temporary staff.
- Support in tracking and monitoring employee attendance.
- Control and verification of anomalies and discrepancies in time and attendance systems.
- Filing and updating of documentation for both permanent and temporary staff.
