Job Description
STANDARD FIELD BASE TEAM SUPPORT
- Preparation and Pre-Visit Activities:
- Conduct health checks and collection analysis on specifi locations(CIFOT).
- Review inventory loss reports and prepare supporting documentation.
- Create presentations in PowerPoint to support visit.
- Utilize tools such as Teamhaven and Power Apps for operational planning.
Verify routing compliance for DCTW processes
- Post-Visit Management:
- Handle complaints and create follow-up activities for detailed IN requests.
- Investigate mismatches and communicate advocacy-related information.
- Manage case documentation, including copies of delivery notes.
Data Recovery and Reporting
- Create ARAP reports by retrieving and sending data related to losses and incoming goods.
Case Management
- Open cases to correct transactional movements and ensure proper resolution.
Transaction Data Processing
- Validate tDD files received from regional teams to ensure compliance with required procedures.
- Support activities for tDD processing using structured files instead of manual forwarding.
