Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient environment for visitors and clients. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to handle a variety of tasks such as greeting guests, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain front desk calendars.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services and policies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
