What You’ll Do At Elekta

As a Field Service Engineer within Region Europe, you will service and support Elekta products across a defined territory.



This is a home-based role involving regular travel to customer sites, where you will carry out planned maintenance, emergency corrective maintenance, upgrades, installations, customer support and technical troubleshooting. You will work independently while staying closely connected with the wider service organisation, escalating technical or customer issues when needed and ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally and in line with Elekta procedures.

Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, troubleshoot and repair Elekta products across the assigned territory.
- Carry out planned maintenance, emergency corrective maintenance, upgrades, installation work and customer support activities.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving complex electronic systems, mechanical assemblies, vacuum systems, pressurised gas systems, high and low voltage systems and related service equipment.
