We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager with a strong background in Engineering and proven expertise in Energy Management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical, operational, and strategic management of the company's real estate assets, ensuring maximum efficiency of the facilities and sustainability of energy consumption.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Asset Management (Hard Facility Management) - Ensure the proper functioning of all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) and civil infrastructure.
- Plan and monitor ordinary, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs. - Supervise extraordinary maintenance activities and building refurbishment projects.
Energy Management & Sustainability - Monitor and analyze energy consumption using Building Management Systems (BMS). - Identify, design, and implement energy efficiency measures to reduce the company's carbon footprint. - Manage the procurement of energy commodities and monitor performance against sustainability KPIs. - Ensure compliance with all relevant energy regulations (e.G., Energy Audits as per applicable national directives).
