Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026.Be responsible as finance business partner for monitoring R&D; project in coordination with Project Manager to explain, on a regular basis, cost and margin deviations. Assure the right level of support in Monthly Project Review;
Work in coordination with Engineering,
Project Manager and Strategic Planning departments to support planning, budgeting and forecasting process of R&D; projects. Manage in coordination with Marketing return of investment process, and assure R&D; policy compliance;
Be responsible for monitoring all R&D; costs at divisional level, closely working with foreign companies;
Mange and develop reporting system ensuring accurate and timely information on R&D; project costs, reason of variances, profitability of R&D; investments, percentage of completion on emerging business projects;
Occasionally support tax credit activities with appropriate reporting.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or management engineering;
~ Fluent English;
~5+ year experience in controlling department;
~ Experience withmultinational manufacturing companies;
~ Well-organized and able to meet tight deadlines;
~ SAP knowledge is preferential.
