Job Title: Project Administrator – Life Sciences Industry (Italian Speaking) Location: Remote (Europe) Contract Type: Contract, 35 hours a week Aug - Dec 2026 Sector: Life Sciences About the Role We're recruiting on behalf of a confidential client operating within the life sciences sector for an experienced Project Administrator to support the delivery of an Expanded Access Programme (EAP). This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented administrative professional with fluency in Italian and English to join a fast-paced, patient-focused project. Key Responsibilities Providing day-to-day administrative support across a live EAP project Coordinating documentation, tracking, and communications between internal teams and external stakeholders Liaising with Italian-speaking stakeholders, including sites, physicians, and/or patients as required Supporting project trackers, timelines,



and reporting Ensuring accurate and timely data entry and filing in line with project SOPs Assisting with general project coordination tasks as directed by the Manager Requirements Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) — essential Can be based anywhere in Europe/ UK Ability to work from personal computer and start ASAP Previous experience in an administrative, coordination Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with sensitive/confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities What's on Offer Competitive hourly/day rate (DOE) Remote-first working with flexibility Opportunity to work on a meaningful patient-access programme ASAP start until December 31st 2026, possibility for extension Interested candidates should apply with an up-to-date CV at (email hidden).
