The resource, reporting to the Manufacturing Process Engineer leader, will be responsible for developing and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement, supporting activities and initiatives aimed at improving the industrial performance of the site, particularly by eliminating waste, improving flexibility, labor efficiency, and service level.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support the success of process improvement initiatives by implementing policies, procedures, and process documentation, and coordinating with the various functions involved.
- Contribute to the transformation of the plant, technology transfer, and continuous maintenance of value streams.
- Contribute to the implementation of demand-driven production fundamentals and strategies that support operational excellence and long-term plans (flexibility, speed, and responsiveness).
- Help ensure that product, material, and information flows are synchronized to produce maximum efficiency and minimum operating cost, by designing and leading the realization of line service carts and workstations.
- Work closely with production personnel to promote continuous improvement of production methods, systems, and controls.
- Monitor and supervise methodological correctness in project development, efficient use of resources, and robustness of results with the aim of providing timely feedback to the involved structures.
- Act as a facilitator of change management, implementation of major improvement programs, and effective measurement of Key Performance Indicators.
