If you are proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to contribute in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you. /p h3Job Description /h3 pWe are seeking a Technical Back Office Specialist to play a key role in supporting our operations and delivering exceptional service to our customers. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, proposals, follow‑ups, and supporting new customer acquisition activities. /li liCoordinate with the laboratory team to schedule testing activities, monitor project progress, and ensure timely delivery of results. /li liManage warehouse operations and test samples. /li liRequest quotations and coordinate calibration schedules for laboratory equipment. /li liPerform basic electrical safety laboratory tests and receive training for future development into a Laboratory Technician role.
