The role focuses on improving key business processes using Lean methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement through training and coaching,
and driving measurable operational and financial results.Principal Responsibilities:* Support the definition and deployment of the Site Transformation Plan, ensuring alignment across site functions and contributing to the achievement of strategic goals, metrics, and results.* Drive process improvement projects using Lean methodologies, leading problem‐solving initiatives to address bottlenecks, improve productivity, quality, and lead time across manufacturing and transactional processes.* Promote and implement standard work practices to simplify processes, ensure consistency, and improve the quality of outputs.* Identify improvement opportunities and manage CI projects, developing business cases, tracking project outcomes, and ensuring delivery of operational and financial benefits.* Train and coach employees on Lean and Six Sigma tools, supporting the spread of the CI culture and guiding colleagues through Continuous Improvement and certification paths.Key Competencies:* Conti
