Aiming to strengthen our Rail Department for an important project based near Savona, Italy, we are recruiting a **MATERIAL PLANNER - RAIL DOMAIN** Work Location: Savona area **Roles & Responsibilities**:
He/ She will be responsible for the management of own Suppliers portfolio (Internal and/or External suppliers) for ensuring that materials are available at the right time, quantity and place coherently to projects needs. His/Her duties will include (but not limited to): - Communicate delivery needs to Suppliers using the dedicated tools;
- Material Planning documents creation and accurate management;
- Follow up deliveries and ensure the availability of goods needed for the projects;
- Maintain delivery datas in ERP;
- Ensure non-conformities replacement through NCR process;
- Monitor Suppliers’ performances KPIs;
- Participate to initiatives aimed at Suppliers performances improvement;
- Contribute with supply chain inputs for Suppliers selection;
- Contribute to the implementation of recovery actions and risk management plans and actions **Required Skills (Technical Competency)**: - BSc / MSc in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar background;

- Solid experience with ERP tools (knowledge of SAP would be advantageous);
- Familiar with Inventory management & Material Planning techniques;
- Familiar with Supplier Delivery Performance Management;
- Familiar with Industrial scheduling, and Transport & Distribution practices **Desired Skills**: - Commitment, precision, flexibility, proactivity, reliability
