Milano, MI The Role Please note that this role will join Condé Nast Italy with a fixed-term contract (Maternity Cover) of maximum 12 months Primary Responsibilities- Schedule, share and reconfirm client meetings- Prepare RSVP presentations- Act as a Point of Contact for outside vendors (office supply)



and tech- Manage trip arrangements through travel agency- Submit Tax & Expenses in the local system (Workday)- Create and send Insertion Orders contracts for print and digital campaigns- Facilitate billing discrepancies (US/Global)- Update distribution list and work with the mailing company- Check and edit credits list Primary Skills & Qualifications- 2+ years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Assistant, or similar roles with a focus on organization and coordination- Full professional proficiency in Italian and English, written and spoken- Proficient using GSuite: Sheets, Docs, Slides, Cal, database- Strong administrative, organizational and communication skills- A highly motivated self-starter who can coordinate multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Natural problem solver and solutions oriented- Confident liasing with people and ability to maintain a good working relationship with individuals at all levels What happens next?
