For an important company in the area, we are looking for a TRAVEL OFFICE ASSISTANT (SERBIAN and/or CROATIAN language)
The person will be responsible for managing truck transport trips, both import and export.
Following an initial period of training, the person will be in continuous contact with the drivers who manage our trips.
Specifically, their tasks will be:
- Operational management of shipments and their complete monitoring;
- Constant contact with drivers;
- Punctual planning of trips;
- Management of emergencies related to transport and product deliveries;
- Processing of transport orders;
- Monitoring of transports and contact with the operational team
- Work using dedicated management systems
The ideal candidate possesses the following characteristics:
- Knowledge of Italian and SERBIAN and/or CROATIAN languages
- Any previous experience, even brief, in similar positions in transport and logistics companies;
- Desirable (but not indispensable) diploma and/or degree in technical, logistics or engineering fields
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proposed compensation and contractual package:
- Salary (RAL) 24,000 – 28,000;
- Meal vouchers
- Devices provided by the company
- Full-time contract (8:30 - 17:30), direct and permanent employment with a probationary period
