Within the Operations area, we are seeking a Manufacturing Manager for our plant in Frosinone.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:* Managing activities performed on purchased/in-process products to convert them from a raw or semi-finished state into a completed state (with particular focus on mechanical components/products);* Monitoring production execution and work progress;* Evaluating materials and hours spent, and managing off-load execution;* Supporting the definition of the budget and production plan;* Managing the processing, issuance, and control of production orders according to manufacturing cycles and in line with the product realization schedule;* Ensuring that all processes are carried out in compliance with cost, timing, and expected quality targets, while also implementing corrective actions aimed at achieving objectives;* Performing autonomous maintenance and supporting the definition of corrective actions when production process performance is not aligned with expected standards;* Verifying that the final result complies with the re
