What the role involves
- Run live guided sessions in small groups
- Teach short practices people will actually keep doing
- Keep sessions accessible to complete beginners — and to several faiths and none
- Hand over to a professional when someone needs more than a class
Who we're looking for
A dedicated, calm, open-minded facilitator who works within their scope.
- A recognised facilitator training. This one isn't optional — the work matters too much.
- Experience running groups, not only personal practice.
- You understand the boundary between wellbeing practice and treatment, and you hold it.
- You stay calm when someone becomes distressed mid-session.
