In order to strengthen our Accounts Payable and Receivable Team, we are looking to hire an **Account Payable Specialist**, based in Maranello (Italy).
In this position, you will be responsible of the following activities: - Key personnel to answer to Purchasing and/or Commercial Department
- Approval customer and supplier bank guarantees
- Coordination of Service Provider and KPI’s monitoring
- Review financial data to make forecasting decisions about financial strategies
- Ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
- Supervision of accounts payable process and accounts receivable billing process
- Tax compliance support
- Assist company in executing company policies and compliance procedures
- Credit analysis and check of the provision for doubtful accounts
- Coordinate deliverables to both external auditors and internal auditors **Required Profile**
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results in economics field and you will have gained at least 5 years dedicated experience in Accounting and IT GAAP, IAS/IFRS background.

You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
