We are looking for a full-time maternity leave substitution and technician for a galvanic Lab. She/he/they will work for the Application lab for Customer Service. This position is located in San Martino di Trecate (NO), Italy. **What will you be doing?**:
After a training period on processes and equipment you will work with autonomy. **Who are You?**:
Minimum qualification requirement: Diploma of Chemistry. A good knowledge of the English language and office package are preferrable. **What competencies will you need?**: - Investigative mindset, based on scientific method.

- Relational skills to undertake and manage projects working in multi-functional Teams (Quality, Production, Process, Maintenance) in a rapidly expanding Chemical Site.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Appetite for delivering continuous improvement.
- Able to establish personal credibility at all levels building effective relationships.
- Work closely with the process owners to understand issues root causes and standard process deviations.
- Proactively seek feedback from fellow team members and other internal and external customers. **We are Offering...**:
You will be employed with the National Contract of Chemists (CCNL Chimico) with the possibility to subscribe to the related Health and Pension funds (FASCHIM and FONCHIM). As part of our team here you will receive a competitive base salary, a company laptop computer and you will access to the company canteen. Working time: 38 hours/week. Mon-Thu 8:30 -12:30, 13:30 -17:30, Fri 8:30 -12:30, 13:30 -15:30 with half an hour of morning (8:30 -9:00) flexibility guaranteed.
