What You’ll Be Doing...We have an immediate need for a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer at our Florence office. The successful candidate will join a high-performing R&D; team focused on significant platform growth and architectural evolution,
working in cross-functional teams to expand and improve our award-winning SAAS Fleet Management products.
- Lead product feature design and implementation, taking ownership of complex components independently while collaborating closely with product managers and your team.
- Architect and implement changes and new features in a manner which promotes highly efficient, reusable, and performant code.
- Drive code quality across the team by conducting rigorous peer code reviews and steering robust quality assurance and testing strategies.
- Own the investigation and resolution of critical technical issues across the full development lifecycle, including deep-dives into production systems.
- Champion engineering velocity by safely integrating AI code assistants into the development workflow, ensuring AI-generated code meets strict security, performance, and architectural standards.
What We Are Looking For...You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or re
