Your role:
- Support Planning Department
Main responsibilities:
- Support the planning and coordination of both outbound and inbound transportation activities, ensuring efficiency and service quality
- Assist in the daily management of transport operations through SAP Transport Cockpit
- Prepare and manage invoicing processes, along with all required documentation for extra-EU shipments
- Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operational flows
- Contribute to reporting activities, leveraging Excel to analyse data and monitor performance
Main requirements:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Master's Degree in Economics, Engineering or related field
- Genuine interest in transportation and logistics
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- A graduate with a degree in a relevant field
- Highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills
- A team player with a collaborative mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel
