Your role
We are looking for an Organizational Development Intern who will facilitate seamless organizational change and development through various phases, including analysis, proposal design, decision making support, and implementation tracking. Essential expected results encompass improved organizational efficiency, employee engagement, and successful integration projects. Challenges include managing resistance to change and aligning with diverse stakeholders. Key success factors involve close collaboration with Business/ Function and HR teams, effective communication,
meticulous project management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Main responsibilities:
Support Organizational Development Team in Re-organization/ Integration Projects:
- Conduct thorough "as is" analysis and process mapping to identify areas for improvement
- Design proposals for future state structures and processes based and analysis findings in continuous alignment with Function, Region and HR leaders
- Run analysis, prepare materials and presentations to support decision-making processes with both function and business stakeholders
- Track the implementation progress of reorganization/ integration initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Continuous Alignment with Business/ Fucntion and HR Teams (Corporate and Local):
- Collaborate closely with function/ business and HR teams to ensure alignment of organizational development initiatives with overall business and function objectives
- Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments and locations to foster a cohesive approach to organizational change and speed up delivery of products and services.
Manage Organizational Tools and Documentation:
- Assist in the management and upkeep of tools and documentation utilized for organizational development purposes.
- Ensure that organizational tools and documentation are effectively maintained and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Main requirements:
- Background: Economics; Management Engineering
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Master’s level degree study
- Strong problem solving skills
- Quantitative mindset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in Italian and English

Salary Package
- 950 Eur Gross per month
