**DEPARTMENT HEAD PRODUCTION
**Posizione**:
**Main Activities**: - Guarantee and improve the collective performance (Safety, Machinery, Quality, Production) of their Area to achieve the objectives defined by the Department
- Managing the production flow in terms of quality and quantity
- Ensuring the safety of people
- Guaranteeing the continuity of plant operations
- Managing and developing employees
- Accompany the people in their team in their professional development, autonomy within their Area. **Requisiti**: - Excellent knowledge of English (French will be a plus)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Availability to relocate to an International Plant **Altre informazioni**:
**Place of work**:Piedmont, plus future relocations in others site production.
