The Sales Manager role is best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves opening new doors, and is motivated by building something from the ground up. This is a fully remote role.
Candidates needto be European based to be able to easily travel to client sites ifrequired - but not much travel is expected with this role as most of the sales process is online.
Must Have Skills:
- rPET Plastics Knowledge - In-depth knowledge of PET and rPET plastics, including material properties, applications, manufacturing processes, and industry standards/requirements.
- Proven Track Record - Demonstrable experience generating new business, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth within the plastics industry.
- Relationship Building - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Market Expertise - Thorough understanding of rPET plastic market dynamics and industry trends, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset - Self-motivated and result-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
