In the frame of the Client Leader Service the Client Leader Officer understands client’s business and provides thoughtful and optimal solutions by coordinating the work of internal and external parties. She/he is responsible for managing client’s expectations with a “can do” attitude and a strong commitment to delivering high quality work. The Client Leader Officer focuses on quality and constant client satisfaction
Main responsibilities will be:
- Act as first point of contact for a dedicated client portfolio
- Responsible for understanding client products, requirements and handling all matters with a proactive approach to ensure constant client satisfaction
- Responsible for developing and cultivate long-term relationships with our clients
- Coordination with internal and external parties (custodian banks, legal advisers, AIFM, investment manager, auditors, distribution partners etc.) in order to deliver quality service on time as per client’s expectations
- Facilitate the flow of any information requested by internal teams or clients promptly and smoothly
- Active participation in the new client onboarding process and client change requests
- Assistance and taking ownership in internal projects representing the interest of our clients
- Participation in the organization of Board and shareholder meetings and resolutions
