Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.The RoleKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and manage OpenShift / Kubernetes platforms in enterprise environmentsDevelop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible (playbooks, roles, automation frameworks)Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD)Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices (Terraform, Ansible)Support and optimize the application lifecycle (build, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot)Execute advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization activitiesEnsure compliance with security,
reliability, and operational standardsContribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices and automation strategiesClient Engagement & Consult ApproachInteract directly with clients in technical discussions and delivery activitiesUnderstand business and technical requirements and translate them into solutionsContribute to solution design and architecture discussions within the teamSupport workshops, onboarding, and DevOps adoption initiativesApply a consultative approach to deliver value and improve client environmentsTeam CollaborationWork in cross-functional Agile teams (Dev, Ops, Cloud, Security, Architecture)Collaborate on solutioning, delivery, and problem resolutionShare knowledge and contribute to team capability growth (non-formal mentoring)Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery processes.Who You AreRequired Technical SkillsOpenShift, Kubernetes, Containers, DockerA
