The Senior Manager Construction (OnsCon) manages multiple related teams, sets their organizational priorities, and allocates the appropriate resources.
They will be required to manage and coordinate multiple contractors operating within their area of responsibility They must be able to identify and resolve a range of complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.
The Senior Manager Construction (OnsCon) directly impacts business results by supporting and function-specific projects, products, services, and/or technologies, and developing policies and plans.
