DEINE AUFGABEN

Durchführung der Personaladministration und Payroll-Aktivitäten
Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Bestätigungen und HR-Dokumenten
Pflege von Mitarbeiterdaten und Personalakten
Verwaltung von Arbeitszeiten, Abwesenheiten, Urlauben und Freistellungen
Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften bei administrativen HR-Themen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben und interner Prozesse
Mitarbeit bei HR-Reportings und Prozessoptimierungen
Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen und Systemen

DEIN PROFIL

1 - 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR Administration und/oder Payroll
Strukturierte, präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und einer serviceorientierten Arbeitsweise
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors ist von Vorteil
Deutsch fließend, über gute Italienischkenntnisse. Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
