The Executive Assistant supports the General Manager (GM) by managing schedules, communications, strategic administrative tasks, and cross-functional coordination.

This role requires confidentiality, proactivity, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the GM’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Act as the main point of contact between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting documents, and executive correspondence.
- Support the GM in prioritizing daily activities, deadlines, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate leadership team meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Collect information for company statistics, compile information, maintain and update databases and docs.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Assist with project coordination and cross-team communication.




- Collaborate with Office Manager and People Team in organizing team events, offsites, workshops, All Hands, ecc..
- Manage expense reports and administrative processes related to the GM’s activities.
- Represent the GM professionally and ensure efficient communication flow across the organization.

Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication both italian and english
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues.
- Experience supporting senior leadership or executives preferred.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace - Microsoft tools)
- Be a team player - collaborate and work closely with the Leadership Team and all employees
