Casco’s product lines include electromechanical and electronic devices for all types of vehicles. These products are designed to meet the automotive needs of a global market.
What will you do
- Drive supplier quality improvement initiatives across the EMEA supply base.
- Develop and execute supplier development plans based on supplier performance, risk assessments, and business needs.
- Monitor supplier KPIs including PPM, warranty performance, customer complaints,
delivery performance, and audit results.
- Support supplier capability enhancement through coaching, training, and implementation of best practices.
- Lead supplier escalation activities and recovery plans for underperforming suppliers.
Supplier Audits & Assessments
- Plan and conduct supplier process audits in accordance with:
- IATF 16949
- VDA 6.3
- Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)
- CASCO Supplier Quality Requirements
- Perform supplier maturity and readiness assessments for new and existing suppliers.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes following CQI or OEM standards
- Ensure timely closure and verification of audit findings.
New Product Launch Support
- Support supplier selection and qualification activities from Quality perspective.
- Participate in supplier sourcing decisions and technical risk assessments.
- Review and approve supplier APQP deliverables.
