What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Backend Software Engineer in the Business Team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of digital welfare payments – handling everything from employer benefits to complex products. You will support the end-to-end journey for both employers and employees, ensuring long‑term satisfaction.
You will be responsible for the technical direction, quality, and delivery of complex systems, impacting multiple services across teams that empower thousands of employers to manage their corporate welfare effectively. Here’s what your day‑to‑day will look like:
