As a Junior Account Manager at Odoo, you will manage a portfolio of mid-sized companies across multiple industries within the Italian market, acting as their main point of contact. You will also collaborate closely with our network of partners - software houses and IT companies - to ensure customers receive the best possible support throughout their Odoo journey.
Using a consultative approach, you will strengthen long-term partnerships,
identify new business opportunities within your portfolio, and help customers maximize the value of Odoo. This role is all about building trust, understanding business needs, and creating sustainable relationships that drive long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Develop the relationship and grow the contract: manage a portfolio of existing clients and partners in Italy
- Be the main point of contact of our partners: analyse and understand in depth their needs
- Increase customers’ adoption of Odoo by demonstrating new apps, features, and versions, and by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to offer the most suitable solutions
- Negotiate contract renewals: from monthly to multi-year subscriptions
Requirements
- Up to 1 year of experience as a Sales Account or Sales Consultant
- Knowledge of Italian (C2) and English (C1)
- Strong relational, communication and negotiation ski
