Job Description

As a Quality Engineer, you ensure product and process quality throughout the development and manufacturing lifecycle within the automotive industry. You work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams to drive quality performance, resolve issues, and support successful product launches.

Responsibilities
- Apply APQP methodologies to support product and process development activities from concept through launch.




- Lead quality planning activities and ensure compliance with customer and internal quality requirements.
- Perform and facilitate FMEA reviews to identify risks and define effective mitigation actions.
- Analyze quality data using SPC, Pareto analysis, and other quality tools to improve process performance.
- Investigate non-conformities and lead structured problem-solving activities using 8D methodology.
- Review technical drawings and specifications to verify product quality requirements and manufacturability.
- Prepare and maintain technical quality documentation, including boundary books, control plans, and inspection records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support customer satisfaction objectives.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of APQP and the main pha
