Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to Italian-speaking clients, providing insights on product solutions that support their business objectives.
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored product offerings based on their specific needs.
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on features and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and improve the overall client experience.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive products to provide relevant advice to clients.
- Assist clients in the implementation of product solutions and address any queries they may have.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in product advisory, sales, or customer support.
- Strong understanding of product solutions, software, and market trends in the digital space.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
