FICEP S.p.A., a leading company in the metalworking industry, is looking to strengthen its workforce by recruiting a:

QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIANThe person will be assigned to the Quality Control Department and will be responsible for the following activities:
- Perform dimensional inspections of mechanical components, both upon receipt and within the production departments, using the appropriate measuring instruments.
- Prepare inspection reports and measurement records.
- Manage the preparation of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) through the AS400 system.
- Support production with measurement activities during the manufacturing process and during the final machine testing.
- Carry out inspections at customers’ and suppliers’ premises on FICEP components or machines.
- Calibrate measuring instruments in compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
- Technical diploma, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Previous experience,
even at an entry level, in the metalworking industry.
- Knowledge of technical drawings.
- Good knowledge and use of the main measuring instruments.
- Experience in the use of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of the FARO measurement system.
- Knowledge of the AS400 management system.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards.

Offer Details
- Working hours: Full-time, day shift, on-site, Monday to Friday.
- Gross annual salary (RAL): €25,000–€35,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. xysqume
