The Role
Kyndryl Consult is the fastest growing business within the organization and instrumental to the company’s strategic growth objectives. We bring together technology advisory and implementation expertise to drive digital transformation by aligning Customers business outcomes with the technology that drives them.
As a Data & AI Consult Practice Leader at Kyndryl, you will drive the growth and positioning of the Data & AI consulting practice in Italy. You will combine business leadership, industry expertise,
and technological vision to help clients unlock value through AI and data-driven transformation.
You will lead business development initiatives, define go-to-market strategies, and oversee the delivery of innovative solutions across industries. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will engage with senior stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps and ensure measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
- Lead the expansion of the Data & AI consulting business in Italy
- Identify, design, and implement value-driven solutions tailored to client needs
- Define go-to-market strategies and support sales initiatives
Partner & Ecosystem Management
- Build and manage partnerships with key technology vendors (e.g., hyperscalers, data/AI platforms)
- Drive joint initiatives and co-innovation opportunities
Customer Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
