What you'll do
- Manage and resolve cloud incidents, service requests, and operational changes while meeting SLAs.
- Automate cloud operations using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
- Maintain the availability, performance,
and security of Azure cloud services.
- Drive continuous improvements to cloud operations and platform capabilities.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure engineering, or cloud platform administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud operations.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of networking, identity management, monitoring, and cloud security.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
