In this role, you will be responsible for promoting a strong health, safety, environmental and security culture across the organization while ensuring full compliance with applicable legislation, company policies and management system standards.

You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our EHSS management system and support operational activities both at company premises and project sites.

Key Responsibilities
EHSS Specialist:

- Promote a strong EHSS culture across the organization by raising awareness of health, safety and environmental issues and encouraging sustainable and responsible behaviours.
- Coordinate and maintain the company's EHSS training programme, ensuring mandatory training is planned, delivered and properly recorded in collaboration with external providers where required.
- Identify, assess and monitor EHSS risks,



implementing preventive and corrective measures to eliminate hazards or reduce risks to an acceptable level.
- Ensure employees, contractors and subcontractors are provided with and correctly use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), managing its procurement and distribution within the approved budget.
- Support the investigation of workplace accidents, near misses and EHSS non-conformities through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct site visits and inspections in Italy and abroad, when required, to verify compliance with EHSS regulations and company standards.
- Support the Qauality Specialist in reviewing contractor safety documentation (e.g. DUVRI, POS and Safety Plans) and liaise with suppliers, contractors and project teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support the preparation of EHSS documentation requested by customers, authorities and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate the maintenance of company facilities
